
General Guidelines
· Bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel.
· Wear comfortable sportswear.
· Have an empty stomach. Wait two hours after a heavy meal and one and
a half hours after a light snack.
· Switch off mobile phones.
· Listen to your body during class.
· Don’t force or strain in poses just go as far as comfortable.
· If you have any injuries, health conditions or are pregnant let the teacher know.
· Arrive to class on time.
